| Differentiate between iatrogenic, foundational and transient occlusal disorders.
Utilize diagnostic imaging, clinical evaluation and history-taking to aid in the diagnosis
of temporomandibular joint or sleep disorders.
Identify whether airways and/or skeletal patterns play a role in the diagnosis and
treatment of occlusal disease.
Determine the etiology and appropriate treatment for individual patients with occlusal
symptoms/disease, and establish the sequence of care. |
